I had one of those years ago. It wasn't very good. I think buying some mixed garden flower seeds and sprinkling them on some nice soil would work just as well?

Walmart, Mayo's Garden centers. I have seen them in both or these places. Probably available at K-mart and any other discount department stores that sell plants and garden supplies.

I would think that your local flower/garden shop could help you there. Here in WI, we have Steins Garden & Gift shop.
