What is the best kind of tree to raise my property value?
Question:I'd like to know which types of trees raise the dollar value of a home the most?
Also, I'd like to find a tree that can thrive in the environment in the Dallas TX area (clay-heavy soil, HOT dry summers, usually one or 2 light freezes in the winter).
