I have a MN hardy Magnolia bush that does not bloom - any thoughts?

Question:It bloomed a few the first year and two last year and NONE this year...it is growing and it had buds on it all winter...

Answers:
Not enough sun. Are you sure it is MN hardy? Sometimes the plant itself is hardy but the flower buds are not. Some garden centers sell stuff that isn't really hardy.

you need to try fertilizing it and did it get cold and dry freeze? that could happen other then not giving it water and fertilizer beets me
