There are no black plants, although there are some black fungi.
There is a variety of oxalis that has very dark leaves and white flowers. That's the only thing with the combination you're looking for that I know of. For just black foliage, there is a type of taro that has black leaves (they might call it balck elephant ear at the nursery) and some nearly black varieties of coleus.
