When is the best time to fertilize my queen palm tree?

Question:I't been planted for close to a year now. It's about twelve feet high. The guy at the palm nursey suggested that I use a "triple 15" fertilizer, which I have...but I'm not sure how often I am supposed to be using it.
Thanks!

Answers:
If it is in a plant spike then just drive it into the soil a couple of feet from the base of the plant. If it is a dry fertilizer then sprinkle some around the base and water it in good. Not watering it in could burn the plants roots. Do not use more than a large handful and wear gloves and wash your hands afterwards really good.

every 3 months..
