Will my white dutch clover lawn blow seeds into the neighbors yard?
Question:I hate the waste of bluegrass in a backyard so I planted clover, my neighbor has threatened legal action if I don't kill it all because her yard is "perfect". I have a three foot mulch bed over plastic surrounding the clover and have even sprayed a 2" path of plant killer for protection. Any help against this busybody would be appreciated.

Unless your town has laws against growing it, there's not a thing your neighbor can do. Many towns have laws to deal with "weeds," but whether or not they define a plant as a weed is another matter. Check the laws in your area to see what, if any, definition of "weed' might apply to your situation, and proceed accordingly.
If you're on county lands, chances are very good that they don't even have THAT - just an ordinance to require you to keep weeds cut up to a certain distance from a road.
White Dutch clover propagates largely by stolons rather than by seed (one reason the seed can be a bit pricey); as long as you provide a barrier between the clover and her land, it's unlikely that ANY will get into her lawn. Even if it does, she'd have to have it DNA-tested to prove that it came from YOUR clover. Unless the place where you live says that you can't grow a certain plant as a ground cover, I would imagine you're in the clear.
I wish you luck; I'm a great believer in native plants rather than lawns!
