When can i cut back my broccoli in my veggie garden?

Question:Is there a certain time that I am to harvest it? Or do I cut it back once there is broccoli on it?

Answers:
As the broccoli grows, it forms heads. These heads are actually flower, then seed heads if left to continue until complete, bu this is what is harvested. Just simply cut off the head and as much of the stem as you want. What will happen is that now the plant will develop side shoots which will again form heads and you can again harvest these. Best weather for starting is early because they like the coolness and can grow well in it and then you are giving the plant time to grow more heads for more harvests.
