My tomato plant looks a little droopy??

Question:Why is it doing this and what can I do to fix it? It is still producing tomatoes..the leaves just look droopy.

Answers:
It's probably caused by the heat. It needs water. Tomatoes need a lot of water during hot spells. Water in early morning or evening to prevent burning and evaporation.

water it droopy leaves are the first sign of not getting enough liquid.
I would imagine you are doing everything right. If they are getting allot of "hot" afternoon sun, that may cause the drooping. Have you fertilized them with Miracle Grow for Tomatos? It works wonders and really increases the size of the crop!! Follow the directions on package so you do not "over fertilize". If you do you, it will burn the roots.
Try giving it even more water. I have a cherry tomato plant and like you, I was watering it like every other day. well, it's been raining here every afternoon and now my plant looks bigger, better and healthier then ever! I was watering every other day because I read online somewhere that it was better to do it that way.. but I guess the plant knows best and it told me otherwise. Hope this helps you!
