Shrub and Tree Cuttings (Where to order them wholesale?)?

Question:Hi, I am wanting to find a wholesale nursery that sales tree,shrub, plant etc. cuttings? Not much luck typing in wholesale nursuries. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks in advance.

If you're a grower or retail nursery I can help... if you're a homeowner looking for a 'sweet deal', you'll be a little less lucky. I guess I'd have to know which applies to you to fully answer your question.

In the mean-time, are there any local (smaller) greenhouses or plantgrowers in your area? They may be able to help you get larger quantities of cuttings to grow. The national Arborday Society can supply seedling plants at very reasonable prices as well.

Given that you're a homeowner, at least for now, you'll probably have limited luck with a wholesale grower... but try "Spring Meadows", they produce shrub liners (rooted starts), I think they have a web-site by the same name. Also try Sawyer Nursery, they produce perennials, again I think they have a web-site too.
