Ant hills?

Question:what is the best way to get rid of ant hills?gasoline?or other

Answers:
bleach works wonders!

Buy a commerical powder or chemical for ants / fire ants. Something like Andro. Just sprinkle some on top and wait a few days. They will die off quickly. Gas might work (I've used that on yellow jacket nests), but it will kill your grass and not let anything grow back there for a few years. It is fun to watch though since it will leave a little flame coming up from the ground for about 15 minutes.
For the price, gas or bleach will work. Of course you can buy products. Be careful what is near. Flowers etc.
Do not use gasoline. You can use insecticide. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and in the lawn and garden grab an organic insecticide targeted at ants.
You can use baking soda or try pouring white vinegar to get rid of them.

Sprinkle corn meal around the hills. The ants will eat it and die!
scalding hot water poured down their hole, while they're still in it...
