How do I bake sunflower seeds..?

Question:i have grown a several types of sunflowers. i know at least 2 has etible seeds how do i bake them

Answers:
Probably similar to baking pumpkins seeds.

I rinse in water and towel dry. Then lay the seeds out on a baking tin. Sprinkle salt (fine sea salt is best) and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Check on them to make sure they don't burn.

You can do this with shells or without.
