FL, Brazillian Palm, fertilized/watered w/manganese, still looks like its dying. what should I do?

Question:The other palms in my yard look ok, but the fronds on my Brazillian palm are dying from the bottom upwards. This is an expensive tree that I don't want to lose! Anyone have any tips for me?

Answers:
well since I can't see the tree it's hard to diagnose but if it's dying from the bottom up than it's one of 2 things. 1. your tree has some sort of disease, if there is discolouration (black, yellow or random weird stuff showing) that's probably the case or 2. it's a pest infestation but by the sounds of it if it's only the one type of palm then it's probably a disease if it were a pest thing you would probably have more trees that were infected.
