Anyone in Portland, OR know where i can buy lemongrass herb plants?

Question:i've heard that lemongrass herb plants in pots on the deck may help keep mosquitos away. don't know if it's true, and would like to try it out, but i haven't been able to find any plants or seeds in the few places i've looked.

anyone know who might carry them?

I do not know what you are closest to but I buy ALL my Veggie and Herb Seed(and Plants) from Territorial Seed...they are from your neck of the woods and will ship anywhere...I am in Everett Wa and their plants are the best varieties for our area.
