What comes to mind is the old fashioned method. Sow seed, cover, keep moist, and wait. Of course that is not a package sold anywhere; only the pieces parts.
Patch Perfect is a leg up improvement as that its results are generally better due to the mulch used to encapsulate the seed. The downer is that the seed used in Patch Perfect may not match your existing lawn species.
