Help With Squirrels!!?
Question:Is there any Home Remedy that I can use to KEEP THE SQUIRRELS from EATING MY FLOWERS!! They are so annoying!! I cant stand them!!

Get yourself a live trap, put some sunflower seeds & a spot of peanut butter in the top off a jar at the far end of the trap. When you have him, just put it in the trunk of your car and take him way out somewhere , not near someone else's house, and release him. Keep doing that until you have them cleaned up.
Cayenne pepper. Jalepenos. Cinnamon oil. Clove oil.
Squirrels tend to eat flowers for the moisture. And they don't care for the hot and spicy. (This is also good if you have cats digging in your flowers!)
I had a friend with a similar problem in his vegatable bed. The squirrels were drinking all the liquid from his tomatos and sweet peppers. They were literally chewing open the bottoms and slurping the liquid out.
One day, he was sitting on his back patio and watched one squirrel take a swig out of a jalepeno! That squirrel started doing flips and running as it's tail was on fire!! Once it found a drink -- it sat on the high wire and "chewed out" my friend for about an hour!
Good luck! Your post made me think that this is might be why I'm not seeing blooms on my new flowers. Hmmmm... I'm off to the kitchen for the cayenne and chipotle powders!
