How to kill johnsongrass?

Question:

Answers:
I'll just tell you its really hard. I know round up is supposed to kill it. But I haven't had any luck with it getting rid of it for any time. Seems in no time its back growing again. And I hate it. I just hate Johnsongrass. Yuk Yuk Yuk.

Round up sprayed on leaves. You can eliminate it from a garden by hoeing it out every time it comes up. A lot of work. The round up will kill it but not the seeds so kill it again everytime it sprouts new from seed. It will eventually be eliminated. My dad always said the best way to get rid of anything was to want it to grow.
