What non-toxic way could I color water white?

Question:I am using an old milk can as a water fountain and want it to look like milk is spilling out of the can continuously, but the substance used to color the water can not be thick to clog a circulation pump and it needs to be non-toxic incase the children get into it becouse it will be at ground level.

Answers:
.add a few drops of orange peel oil (sold as TKO orange oil) to the water until you get the desired white effect. It will also keep the lines clear as it kills any slime build-up. As it comes from orange peels it's relatively non-toxic, except it can irritate skin.

I think u can use milk, dilute it with the water and it will look white =)
