I need a waterproof concrete sealant for use on a waterfall/pond?
Question:The pond is kidney shaped with an average depth of approx. 30" and a surface area of 85 square feet. The pond drains into the surroundind lawn causing pooling of water

Another good use for Drylok. This is a concrete based paint that can be used to waterproof concrete ponds and pools. Any hardware store should have this or a similar product. Make sure you get it tinted since it comes in white; however, you might be able to find it in gray, blue, or beige. It will bond to the concrete and seal it. You will need two coats, and the coverage is only about 100 sq. ft., so you will probably need two gallons. Hope this helps.
What exactly are you sealing? We used sicaflex (I can't spell) on ours. It is basically like a caulk
You have tow options. You can either solve the existing concrete that is leaking, or cover it.
You can 'render' the existing concrete, concrete is waterproofing however it is not when it cracks.
To cover it is your best option. Apply a waterproofing membrane, this is easy, effective and cheap. It is simply a liquid paint that dries to form a rubber like coating making it waterproof. These can be purchased at any local hardware store. Go and have a chat to them and they will be able to sort you out. For further information have a look at the below link (product:- flexipro):-
