Had a neighbor try it, it's not worth the money. Seed and soil mixes that you do yourself are always easier and have better results. the only difference is they seed & mulch you might use are not dyed blue/green.
Neighbor also mentioned the company "accidentally" double billed his credit card...
You may be confused with another product.
Patch Perfect is a grass seed meaning that it won't help a dieing lawn.
You have to dig up the old lawn, lay down the Patch Perfect seed, put some hay over, and then water it every so often.
If your talking about this then, yes. It is the best grass seed I have ever used. I used it after getting a pool renovation, and this lawn looks better then our sod in the front.
It may be a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it.
