My lillies came up much paler than last year. I used flowering plant food. Is the soil missing some nutrients?

Question:They are almost white, last year they were a vivid, deep pink. What causes that and how do I cure it?

Answers:
Try a plant food that is higher in nitrogen. It helps promote vegetative growth.
