I just moved Snow On The Mountain. Leaves are Dead-stems live on. Will the plant survive?

Question:

Answers:
Yes, as long as the plant itself (ie, the stems) are still green and living it will survive. Do give it a mild dose of transplant stimulator to help it avoid shock. Miracle Gro makes a pretty good one.

If the limbs or branches bend instead of snap, there still alive.
annuals don't rebound as well as perennials. if all the foliage has droped off the plant it liklely wont survive. a bulbed plant will bounce back, but dont expect vigorous flowering. trees & shrubs will be fine.
