Money Tree for Graduation?

Question:I am looking for somewhere to buy one of those graduation money trees so put money on it. Also if anyone knows how I can make one that would help too.

Find a stick the shape and size you want,( a dry one) spray paint it one of the school colors. Get a small clay pot and paint it the other color. Line the pot with heavy plastic trimming to about 1.5 inches of the top. fill with plaster of paris, set the stick and let dry. Cover the plaster with colored raffia. Look up a origami site to find ways to fold $$ or just make bows or triangles and attach with ribbon. Waaaa Laaaa Money tree. have fun! ( you can also use $ coins and hot glue to ribbon )
