How do you remove caulk?

Question:my moms boyfriend got caulk all over his hands and he cant get it off without ripping skin off... which he already has done partially and its the stuff that looks like cement but you use a gun to put it in and it dries quickly. does anyone know how to get it off. if you do plese tell me this a is a big problem for him and hes really uncomfortable.

This is a serious problem and I recommend going to the nearest emergency room. If this is impossible, you require an appropriate solvent to dissolve the caulk. I have had success with warm water and/or gasoline. Soak the affected area with gasoline and let sit for a minute or two. DO NOT EXPOSE OPEN WOUNDS TO GASOLINE! Then, wash gently with powdered gentle detergent.
