I'd be happy to try to help, but, this is kind of like asking how do you save a person from dying. Give us some symptoms and history...I won't be able to answer again, but hopefully, someone else will. Or, ask your question again and give us more to work with. Good luck!
Lots of reasons why your tree is dying.
How old? Do you trim it regularly? Does it still bear fruit? Is it getting enough sunlight? Warm enough weather? Enough water? Is the tree damaged at the trunk? Do you put a lot of chemicals around the tree for grass? Vines choking the tree? are there insects killing the tree? Insects can be under the bark or in the root system. Fungus?
Lots of reasons for trees to have problems. Leaves, and roots can tell an arborist or agri-scientist a lot. Cut a sample of anything that looks to be suffering from a limb. Doesn't have to be a lot. A good plant nursery should be able to recommend an arborist or agri-scientist. If not: then call up the closest university/college science or agricultural department.
I would go to Home Depot,Smith & Hawkin ask if they can help me. I would also say re-pot your tree in something like galvinized steel. Miracle-Gro dirt or the liquid www.smithandhawkin.com. These people work with plants and trees and they know what they are talking about. Or check with the nurseries around in your area. Tell them about you problem. I'm sure the peach tree will grow and produce more peaches.
