I have a lot of acorns in mt lawn and it is a pain to pull them out without harming my lawn What should I do?

a good yard vac/ blower should be able to pick them up
Rake them up then rake them into a big shovel and throw them away.
Your question is unclear. If you have acorns just rake them up. If they have started to grow clip them off with pruning shears.
Just cut your grass, the tree seedlings will get the message.
