Try a tall privacy fence or if you want you can plant privacy bushes that grow fast. Just check to see if they stay green all year...yu may need to go with evergreens or something that will last year round. Good luck! ; )

Try to find middle ground and live with the fact you don't like them.
How do you know if you get rid of your neighbors, someone else that is worse won't move in afterwards?
Look, I'm not saying there aren't ways to get rid of them, but whatever you do, try not to go overboard. How would you feel if they felt this way about you? I don't mean to be nosy but have you thought about their point of view in all of this? Could it be that they don't like you any more than you don't like them?
Before trying to get rid of anyone, I would try to get to the root of the problem. You weren't very specific in your question, so I'm going to have to use different approaches. First off, if something has happened between teh two of you such as a noise dispute, rude pet incident, etc.etc., apologize or ask for an apology - nicely, might I add. If there has been a misunderstanding, talk it out, but again, do it nicely.
If nothing can be done, simply agree to disagree adn stay on your own sides of the property line. I've had neighbors on one side or another that I haven't spoken to simply because I had no wish to associate with them.
Short of calling the police (which I actually have done in extreme, extreme cases of disturbance once or twice), you can't MAKE them leave. And furthermore, if they find out you have been trying to make them leave, THEY can file charges against you - harrassment, reckless endangerment, endangerment, trespass, etc.
Try to get along, adn try to remember that everyone has a house payment to make, whether you like each other or not.

If don't like the neighbors then just move to a different neighborhood or just put up a tall fence in the back & a privacy fence in the front. I wouldn't recommend doing anything illegal.
