We mow off our little acorn trees. Once they are cut they dont come back
You could import squirrels to your property... that has it's downfall too as well. I don't know how to rid that type of problem, you could go out there with a hefty shop-vac?
if you really want to take control of this . you have to get rid of the growth by spraying a good amount of round up if there seedlings that's good it will take less if there bigger you might have to spray it up to three times the key is to stop the germination get rid of the seedlings then put pr-emergent down then seance its on a hill spread pine straw thick all over if it is a bed if its not remember to us pr-emergent in early spring and in fall you should always use pr-emergent at all times even in the beds early spring and in fall that should slow your weed seedlings down so you can maintain them
