Question about my cilantro plant?

Question:My cilatro plant is going crazy! I don't know what part to use. The top is so high and looks more like curly parsley than cilantro but the bottom looks more like it should. What part do I cut off to use and should i be pruning it or trimming it?

trimming it would be nice and it can all be used at this point the top is about ready to go to seed and the seeds make a great spice..coriander dry it and grind it up..yummm
