12 foot high tomatoes can you tell me how to grow this size bush please?

Its probably like the 20ft high sweetcorn my friend planted 2 yr ago. He saw it in a magazine, sent his money, planted the seeds, then kicked himself in the butt everytime he thought about it. Don't waste your time.
