There are no pesticides on the market intended specifically for crawfish control. There is, however, a chemical that can help drive them away or prevent them from invading your property to begin with. The stuff is expensive (often $100 per can) but 1 tablespoon per burrow should do the trick:

The most popular method of control is capture and removal to other locations. Some people use wire cage traps and bait them with fish, chicken, or other meat chucks to lure the little critters in.

Since crawfish like to migrate the best method is prevention. Solid wood or stone barriers that fit tightly against the ground can be used as “fences” to prevent crawfish from entering into the area.
Hope this helps.
Yes get a big pot boiling ont he stive and cook them up and eat them. Yummo with melted butter and it also freezes well.
About half a dozen Cajuns should do the trick.
At my previous address we had same problem, when dry pour snailbait down their mud huts. It helped. As well they do not like lime.
Crawfish like wet areas. Make efforts to drain the area and dry it out. They will die out or leave.
