Little ball like things on my pecan trees here in Alabama..There is no pecans. Looks like spiders inside..?

Question:These things fall off and they seem to have little spiders in the middle of them.

Sounds like bag worms to me. Better kill them or they will kill your tree. Does it look like a webby white bag? If it does, that is what they are. I used to live in Alabama and that is what it sounds like to me. Kill them!! Or have someone do it for you, for they will also spread to other trees too.
