What would make the best winter wedding flowers?

Question:For a winter wedding what would be some good flower choices? I like the idea of white roses and white poinsettas but what else could I use. Something different and unexpected would be great! Wedding colors are white, silver, and carolina blue (sky blue). I think our theme will be something like winter wonderland. Thanks for the advice!

This website:

http://www.weddingclipart.com/guide/flow...

lists wedding flowers by colors and even some specific flowers (ex: Calla Lily, Orchid, Tulip) ... there's even a Christmas flower page which might give you more ideas.

If you wanted to stay with the white flowers, gardenia is something a little different and unexpected. If you wanted to go for color though, maybe pink or yellow sweetheart roses to go with the white poinsettias and the silver and carolina blue.

ENJOY!

The white roses and poinsettias are nice. You could try to incorporate some mistletoe or holly as well.
