Venus fly trap over-run with greenflies!?

Question:My fly trap sits on my window ledge so it can sit in the sun. (i cant plant it because i live in england, you know..random weather).
But today i have just noticed a fat green fly, attached to my plant and it looks like its already hatched before i could remove it quick enough. I've tried to remove them but some i cant get to.

I cant use lady-birds since the fly trap will eat them. Any other suggestions? that wont hurt my plant!

I was also wondering if the green flies would actually hurt the plant or not?

Answers:
try a fly trap ( it is vary sticky) pull it out and cut a small amount set it in your soil or close to it .nontoxic also works on gnats. they are attracted to the smell, they wont hurt it .
