How much for gunite inground pool in Denver colorado?
Question:We have a small back yard, appx 30 x 50 and would like to put in a small gunite pool, (not retangular). Had a guy out to look, and he quoted us for a 20x40 (which I don't want, way too big and rectangular) $79,000. From what I'm reading on line, this seemed way out of line?? Am I wrong?? This was just for pool to 6' deep and 2' concrete decking around it...

well a basic gunite swimming pool in southern oregon is a 16x32 31/2' to 6' deep with 4' deck it cost around 27,000 with a spa it would cost around 30,000 to 32,000 would be my best bet
My pool is kidney shaped, 40 feet by about 18ft, 8 ft deep at the deep end, holds 25,000 gallons of water, has a huge rock waterfall, rock coping, colored plaster, three ledges, steps and a beach, and stamped-concrete decking all around. It is gorgeous.
Cost? $35,000.
