You can spray some Spiderstop - a product from Betterware, £3.99 per bottle.
This is a spray containing horse chestnut essence, which spiders hate - just spray it around your door and window frames and the little blighters will be discouraged from entering the house - it really helps.
Spray with dethlac, lasts for months and is very effective
Basically they are attracted to the light, so turning off lights or having think or lined curtains will solve this problem to some degree. Otherwise would suggest you have a look in a hardware store and see what they have to offer.
