I want those birds to visit me...?
Question:I have put new nut holder and nuts inside.
I used to see a bird singing for me everyday, but now after I have put those two little food things hunging, they do not come.
Do you think in time they will? Please tell me how could I make those black with red yellow birds come and eat and sing for me. looking for the past 3 days now, they are singing somewhere else, but not in my garden...

Red winged blackbirds eat grains and insects and like sunflower seeds. They might be attracted by a suet/seed block.

put bird seeds..u know food around or buy a bird and put it on your porch to attract other bird there. that's what my mom does, she has birds visit her, even doves
Well maybe you need to strew around some wild bird seed mix, that usually works in a hanging tray out of reach cats etc...♥
They are called red winged blackbirds. Try putting out a mixed seed, perhaps when you put the nuts out you have encouraged other birds to come eat and have scared away the birds you want to appear. So try the mix. I love the sound of those birds too, they say summer is here.
