I need to cut threw cast iron whats the easiest way.dosnt have to be neat safe or quiet just need somthing?

You can cut through it with any sort of power tool with a carbide abrasive bit. If you take a saw's all with a carbide bit and go very slowly it will go right through it. You can also use a chop-saw that is kinda like a cut-off saw or radial arm saw, but it uses abrasive disks rather than blades. Same type of blade that is used to cut through masonry or concrete. A cheap way to do it is with a hacksaw with a very aggressivce blade (big teeth on the blade) but it will probably take you some time and effort.
