How do I get rid of an active wasp nest in my greenhouse?
Question:it was over grown with vines, I am trying to clean it out, there is a nest and when I get near, they fly all about and I have to slam the door and run.
Answers:
The best time to attack a wasp nest is when it's dark. Most of the wasps will be in the nest then, and none will be flying about in the dark. Get a can of the wasp and hornet killer that sprays a heavy stream for a good distance. Have someone shine a flashlight sparingly on the nest so that you can see where you are spraying and give the nest a good dousing. This should get most of them. There may be a few flying about the next day that weren't in the nest, but they will be easy to deal with, just be sure to monitor the nest for a day or so, you may need to repeat.

eat it what do u think
spray it with bug spray. A LOT OF IT!
get wasp spray and spray them then remove nest...
there is natural insecticide for that or if you have a vacuum cleaner that would suck them in they will think the nozzle is the enemy and go after it only to get sucked in. the natural bug spray can also be sprayed into some water that you can leave out for them to get into but it may not be good for animals to drink so put it out of reach
I would get a spray, not a mist but an aerosol can that sprays a very hard, steady stream of flying pest insecticide, PROTECT YOURSELF in a suit before spraying! If you spray directly at/in the nest, they will all be gone in a couple days. Either that or you'll have to cut the nest out of wherever it is and dispose of it in an empty trash can with the insecticide sprayed in it. Stick the nest in it, close the lid, wait 2 days before opening it. But always wear a suit or some form of protection. This will help to make sure you are not stung just incase you're allergic.
get a can of wasp spray and spray the nest real good use 1/2 of the can on the nest. good luck
