How tall can a fence/wall be between properties ?


Question:In the U.K how tall can i erect a dividing fence/wall between myself and my neighbours, I seem to have six feet in my head ? is there a legal limit ? Ive got a five foot fence and the've just got a new trampolene, nuff said

your right its about 6ft six i think.
You might just want to talk to the city ordinance council that sets regulations in your area.
It could be less footage than others on the outer skirts of the city limits or country areas, since home dwellings and flats are in more restricted in the city. Hope this helps!
