Cost of sprinkler system?
Question:I am making a offer on a new house. It doesnt have a finished yard. I am trying to figure out what is the cost of a sprinkler system. The home is in Idaho and yard is 3500 to 4000 sq feet?
I am just trying to get a rough idea of cost.

Depends greatly on how you landscape. Grass is requires the greatest amount of irrigation, stone areas none. I would guess in the range of a couple thousand dollars for the feeders, valvles, pits, distribution piping, and sprinkler heads installed by a professional. This will not be most of the cost of landscaping though.
Your best bet would be to call some local landscape/irrigation companies. They should be able to give you a rough quote over the phone and would be much more accurate than any answer provided on here.
