I have a mini palm tree and in the last week (i'm guessing) strands with seeds have popped out.?

Question:They look like corn...does anyone know if they are seeds and if so, do I have to do anything special with them?

Answers:
They are the seeds, just leave them

if you want to propagate your mini palm tree you can plant these seeds, try to dry the seeds for a day or two and "scar" the outside husk before planting it in a plastic bag to make a seedling, when the seedling is big enough (5-6 inches tall) you can plant it in your garden.
