My orchids are looking bad-leaves are still green but no blooms-what should I do?

Question:I live in FL and don't know if I should have them inside or outside. Tried not to give them too much water but lately have given them some since they have no flowers. Not sure what to do next.

give it a little bloom booster! don't put it outside or near a window.. cause the sun coming through it will actually "cook" ur plant! miracle gro bloom booster has a high middle number by the way! and water only once a week!! good luck
