What,s the proper way to dry out fresh herbs grown in the backyard.?


Question:mostly cilantro.

Answers:
Gently wash, pat dry. Tie a few stalks together, hang upside down in a dry, airy place. It should take a few weeks.


if its actually cilantro, enjoy it fresh. if its "something else", hang it from the cieling in a climate controlled room
bundle them up and hang them somewhere dry and let them dry naturally.
