Venus Flytrap??
Question:I just got a vft recently and i have been doing some research to make sure i care for it properly. In some of the research it said that it should be a reddish color in the trap to indicate that it is healthy. It said if its green inside the trap it indicates its not healthy. Is this true?

it all depends on the strain or cultivar of the trap you have... the reddish inside just suggests it has sufficient light... however there are some varieties that though they are getting light... they don't get the reddish inside the trap...
My bet would be on your research results, as
otherwise, outside of a research study, it would be any-ones guess. That is assuming that you were at a reliable information source. I know that it is tempting to over feed them; follow the directions.
