Can anyone identify this plant?


Question:I'm in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and I found this plant growing under my trampoline (which tells me it likes shade). Please look at the pictures (linked below) and see you recognize it.

Also, when I split open one of the seeds/pods (picture also linked) I noticed it has a very green smell, kind of like fresh green pepper.

It looks like it might possibly be a guava of some sort.


I think what you have is a Brazilian pepper tree.Might be wrong!!!
immature kiwi?
It looks like a coffee plant; for sure if the berries turn red.
