yes and no! they usually bloom during the spring time.. so it's pretty much too late for em! let em grow and they might giva ya show come fall when it gets a little colder but i doubt it! u'll probably have to wait till next year when they'll be more established!
yes, they will they will actually self sow they will bloom spring and early summer if you cut back old stems you will get a second crop. they are hardy and will tolerate filtered shade, but will take full sun light, especially along the coast. make sure that you watch for red spider mite,leaf miners, and aphids. and usually require only routine care, water. replace old plants about every 3 years.
