Wondering how other have made out with endless summer hydrengeas?
Question:Im impressed with the hype...so I had to buy the plant this year...I live in Ontario..2 hours from Ottawa...and I dont know anyone else here who has gotten one!!

i also bought one this year and mine looks very healthy.i live in north carolina so our climates are quite different.i know these plants require alot of water and dont tolerate hot afternoon sun,so before planting try to plant pick a spot on the east side of your house.what color did you buy?ive done some research on how to fertilize for the different colors.your soil PH will determine the final color.write me and we'll see what works.
I own a garden center in Arkansas and these are some of my best sellers! They trully bloom all summer and to boot, they bloom on new growth, unlike the old fashioned hydrangeas that only bloom on old wood. We had a LATE freeze (April 9th) and all of our Endless Summer's got burned, but have recovered nicely and are in FULL bloom! Beautiful! Our common hydrangeas suffered and also recovered nicely, but we will not see them bloom until next season.
