Question:where does lavendar like to sit? is it more of a sunny flower, or shade? and when is a good time to plant carrot seeds?

Answers:
Lavendar needs a large amount of sun and air circulation. In the humid South, I plant my Provence lavendar in pots.

Carrots do well planted in Fall.

I live in zone 6 and planted my carrots two weeks ago. spring to early summer, then in the fall again, I think. no frost. This is just a recollection of what my seed pack read. I started the seeds back in March though, only because they are dwarf carrots.

I have my lavendar in the sun.
