Brown spots & yellow leaves on elm tree?

Question:I just planted a hybrid elm tree (dutch elm disease resistant) in my yard, and I noticed some of the leaves have brown splotches and are turning yellow.
I also have some bug munching the leaves, but the brown spots concern me more.

What could this be, and what can I use to clear it up?
I do organic gardening and would prefer a non-chemical solution for this, but whatever works will be fine right now.

elm beatles attack all kinds of elm trees ,dutch elm disease is a fungas that the elm beatle carry. it mayneed a little more water. do not over fertillize.
