My gardenia is very healthy and growing but has had only one bloom.?

Question:Is there something it needs to flower?

Answers:
Bloom time depends greatly on temperature. Typically when night time temps are between 65-75 degrees. Provided it is getting enough filtered light and water, you may get a bloom in the fall.
Gardenias are very hard when it comes to blooming. I'm holding out hope for mine as well. Good luck

Mine didn't start blooming until the third year, maybe it isn't old enough yet.
